Welcome to Cheza! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our landing page located at cheza.global (the "Site") and any services available through the Site, such as signing up for our waitlist.

By accessing our Site and using its features (like filling out the sign-up form), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

2. Description of Service

Our Site currently serves as a pre-launch landing page. Its purpose is to provide you with information about our upcoming product and to allow you to sign up for our waitlist to receive future updates and an invitation to join our service upon launch.

The features and services described on the Site are not yet available. The final, launched product will be governed by its own separate and more detailed Terms of Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Warsaw, Poland, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
